OMAYA Composites is a modern company specializing in high-quality CNC milled models and large-scale mould production. The company is equipped with а 5-axis Gantry CNC milling machine, 7-axis milling robots, several chopperguns and state-of-the-art testing and inspection equipment. These investments have helped to streamline production, reduce costs, and improve the quality and reliability of the three main production processes required for high-quality composite manufacturing – precise plug milling, life-long lasting mould building, and series production of mirror-finish FRP parts.

Execution and Monitoring
We keep in touch with progress updates, including visual documentation and reports, which are consistently shared.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY
Building in OMAYA COMPOSITES means that we have full control of all production processes. We develop our models from milling the plugs and building the moulds through the infusion process to the final assembly and commissioning.
We have the right tools and equipment, such as a large-scale CNC Gantry milling machine and 2 robotic arms for the smaller plugs. Numerous infusion pumps, chopper-gun and gelcoat-spraying machines service the following processes. By implementing uncompromising quality control procedures, ERP system management and lean production practices, we achieve great finish results, high-end interior quality and untroubled long-lasting system life.
